How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Unfortunately, not all medical insurance companies provide coverage for our services. Medicaid may cover some services, but not all of our offices accept Medicaid at this time. However, long-term care insurance does cover our services, as well as the VA’s Aid and Attendance program. Our staff can assist you with the prequalification process and explain any restrictions of the VA program. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  I was introduced to this company by a friend. My husband has Parkinson’s and I needed help. The Caregivers are wonderful. Very helpful and caring. James Ryan Nomus became a favorite of mine and my husband. He used to be an Occupational Therapist and would massage my Husband’s upper back and shoulders. And apply lotion to his dry feet and legs. James would go with us to appointments too! The Owner Dean White was so helpful and had great suggestions. Lauren is the office was so easy to work with and scheduling coverage. Deirdre M.   Learned about this company when my uncle needed help while recovering from a surgery. I spoke with Dean and Lauren and they agreed to send a caregiver. I come from a family of healthcare providers but we can’t provide care for our uncle on some days of the week when everyone in our family are working. That being said, we had high expectations from this company since we wanted someone to care for our uncle like how we care for him. And this company, lived up to its name and good reputation. The sent James Nomus, who went above and beyond our expectations. I can say that this company is truly a blessing. They really care about you and they try their best to understand your needs.
