How much does the service cost?

To provide the best home care assistance in Midlothian, we conduct a detailed assessment to determine the hours that will be needed to help your senior. Regardless of the services required, we charge one flat hourly rate.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Caring Senior Service provides home care assistance for seniors in Midlothian who wish to age in place. If you have long-term care insurance or qualify for the VA’s Aid and Attendance program, these can be used to pay for our services. If you need assistance with the prequalification process for the VA benefit, our staff is happy to help. Medicare and other major health insurance providers do not cover home care services. Although Medicaid might cover some services in specific situations, not all Caring Senior Service offices currently accept Medicaid.

  Caring Senior Services did an absolute amazing job assisting us with my father-in-laws home care.  I highly recommend this company for anyone needing help caring for a loved one.  The staff is friendly, professional, and supportive.  Their communication was excellent.   I fell and broke my hip and contracted MRSA. It is just me and my husband and it was just getting to be to much for him. With the cooking, cleaning and my 24 hour care. One of my nurses came by and I just had a melt down. Bless her heart for she knew my husband was a Veteran so she contacted them. Within 3 days we had this absolute Angel walk through our door . She was going to be here 3 days a week to cook and clean for us. She is just like one of our children now. My husband and her put a plan into action and he can actually relax some. We get a monthly visit to make sure all is still going the way as planned and that we don’t need anything else. This month it was Maria and bless her heart she sat there and listened to me rattle off like a teenager about how their services are so awesome and how we truly don’t know how we made it without their services. I so heartily recommend Caring Senior Services for your loved ones for you will not be disappointed.

  Where do I start Caring Senior Service is a fantastic company.  The owner Kreshna sheplear is an angel sent by God. Who is anointed loving and caring servant of God and for his people. She go's above and beyond the call  making sure that her team  has the ability to make a difference in the lives of the families.
