How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Unfortunately, not all medical insurance companies provide coverage for our services. Medicaid may cover some services, but not all of our offices accept Medicaid at this time. However, long-term care insurance may cover our services, as well as the VA’s Aid and Attendance program. Our staff can assist you with the prequalification process and explain any restrictions of the VA program. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  This is the second time we have used this service and we have had nothing but a fantastic experience! Lisa and her team make it super simple and take the stress away from you. My wife and I just went on our honeymoon and Lisa and Fe and Cynthia and Binh made sure my mother was taken care of while we were gone. Our flight home got delayed and pushed our planned return home by an extra day but Lisa and team made sure we were covered and my mother was cared for.   I'm not sure there are enough ways to describe how grateful we were to find Caring Senior Service to help out with our parents. First we needed some help just for mom but as things progressed we really relied on CSS to support both mom and dad. To say they were thorough, professional and compassionate is an understatement. The patience and clarity they provided for everything from a care plan to scheduling and billing was greatly appreciated. We really valued the personal approach with onboarding their team members. Dad's house was his sanctuary and they treated him with integrity and respect. They seem to really understand the sometimes complex situations that families, wishing to have their parents age at home for as long as possible, go through. My grumpy dad was truly fond of Binh and Lisa, and told me himself that he trusted them! What a relief and a comfort that they made such an impression. Thank you for taking such kind and thorough care of them both. I can't recommend CSS highly enough.

  These folks are terrific. I instantly felt comfortable and safe with Lisa when we first spoke by phone. Binh  who is the care manager is also terrific. She knows her stuff! She stays on top of the scheduling, is able to handle last minute changes and is able to find last minute coverage for their clients. I have like every single caregivers that they sent out to me. I enjoy meeting people from all the world and this agency has send people of diverse backgrounds and skills. I am repeat customer. I call Lisa after I fell and broke my pelvis. My friends who were supposed to help me were unavailable that day. They were able to find someone the day of. And now I have someone coming everyday to help me get better. I could not be more please with Caring Senior Service of Littleton. I highly recommend them.

  I would highly recommend Caring Senior Service. I do not live near my Mom, who has gotten ill and has had to have some help, in order for her to stay at home.  I will be forever grateful for how well she has been treated.
