Wayne and Erin and team truly make a difference.  I have recommended Caring Senior Service to a lot of families in need and they get the assistance and love from the team they deserve.  I will continue to recommend Caring Senior Service in Gainesville to any family that needs help!  Rachel is their transition specialist to help their home care families find a community that would fit their needs. We used Caring Senior Services to help provide care for my mom who was diagnosed with Dementia.  The best part of this agency is it's staff.  Office staff were incredibly kind and helpful during the stressful time of trying to get someone in to help my dad care for my mom.  Angie really worked hard to find people that were compassionate and able to work with my mom (who was at a stage of her disease where she was combative). When my husband came home with Hospice care it was evident that we needed more help. Caring Senior was quick to respond to all the needs we required. Care Managers Angie and Lisa were wonderful as well as the care givers who cared for my husband.

I can’t say enough about Caring Senior Service. As many families in our situation  do we waited too long to hire help and were not prepared for the scope of care our mom required. We were deeply exhausted by the time we realized we needed help and interviewed  3 companies but found  Lisa at Caring Seniors the most knowledgable and compassionate. She immediately  sprung into action and arranged for help very quickly. The folks that helped provide our moms care were top notch professionals and  made a very tough job look easy. Lisa, Angie and Wayne considered mom’s needs and personality and matched us with just the right care team. Needing to find in-home care for an elderly parent will likely be one of the most difficult things you can go through in life.  My mom had taken care of my dad, a stroke survivor, for many years.  Her sudden and unexpected death created an absolute crisis for our family.  I was the closest family member but I lived over two hours away and was not at all experienced in providing the kind of assistance my father would require.  Fortunately, Caring Senior Service was there for us. They handled everything with the utmost degree of professionalism from the moment we called them to the day seven months later when our excellent caretaker, Michael, moved out after we decided an assisted living facility would be the best next step.  I cannot recommend Angie and her team highly enough.  I will always have very fond memories of working with them and think it was truly a blessing that we found out about them.

Immediately after my terminally-ill father came home from the hospital with Home Hospice, we realized he required around-the-clock care. I contacted Caring Senior Service late on a Friday evening with an urgent request for live-in home care. Angie Collins immediately responded, guided me through the process, located and personally oriented a live-in aide in my parents' house within less than a day. Immediately upon taking his case, Angie advocated fiercely for my father to ensure he had the care he needed. Gertrude, the home aide, was attentive, kind, and highly skilled in the care of a sick patient at the end-of-life. She provided the end-of-life care my father needed and deserved. She also provided a great deal of support to my mother after my father passed. She was a blessing. I cannot recommend Caring Senior Service more highly. The team at Caring Senior Service demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and dedication while helping my family at our most difficult time, on extremely short notice.
