Communication

At Caring Senior Service, we know how important communication is to you, that’s why we promise every caregiver 24/7 access to our office staff.  Our on-call care manager will answer the call at 2am when you need help.  We also use technology to make communication easier.  Our web-based proprietary software program, Tendio, allows us to keep you updated on important information such as clients’ care plans, schedules, new clients, and additional work opportunities.  You will use Tendio to clock in/out for accurate timekeeping, complete your visit notes and tell us when you are available or if you need a day off.

Training

We hire experienced caregivers at Caring Senior Service, but even experienced caregivers can use a helping hand.  Our caregiver-focused training programs give you the confidence you need to take on a new client with unfamiliar care needs or give a refresher when needed.  We can assign individual training courses to support specific conditions and provide courses to help develop personal attributes. Part of our GreatCare® Promise is to provide the best possible caregivers for our clients and our caregiver-focused training courses help us keep that promise.

Caregiver

Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.

Caregiver Benefits

Our Care Managers are our team leaders. They are good communicators who enable our caregivers to deliver GreatCare. Their objectives include recruiting new caregivers, training caregivers, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the delivery of care.
