We’re proud to share that our owner, Cindy Sheller, has been named a Veteran VIP in the 2026 McKnight’s Women of Distinction awards, which honors women who have made lasting contributions to the senior care industry.
Cindy launched her first Caring Senior Service location right here in Tucson in 2015 after more than two decades of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, hospice, and home health. Today, she oversees multiple locations across Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, with the Tucson office consistently ranking among the top performers in the system.
This recognition reflects Cindy’s dedication to building strong teams, supporting families, and helping seniors live safely and independently at home in the Tucson community.
