What do your services include?

Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: It’s essential to carry on with the personal activities of daily living, so we assist in bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and more.
COMPANIONSHIP: A game of cribbage, a warm chat with a cup of tea, or a walk through a museum — provides social interaction.
RESPITE CARE: When you need a break or are headed off on vacation, our caregivers are ready to step in until you get back with quality care.
TRANSPORTATION: The post office, a doctor checkup, or a rendezvous with a friend — wherever our seniors need to go, we’ll get them there on time.
FAMILY PORTAL: We equip each of our clients with a tablet that lets them access our Family Portal for clear communication and service requests.
MEAL PREPARATION: Our caregivers prepare meals your loved one wants, paying attention to dietary restrictions and special fare.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Managing medications is serious business, and our caregivers ensure the accuracy of all schedules and dosages.
ERRAND SERVICE: We’ll make sure grocery orders are picked up, cards are mailed to the grandkids on time, and the dry cleaning is dropped off.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: A tidy home is a safe home, so we help with dishes, folding the laundry, and sweeping to prevent falls and mishaps.

• • HOME SAFETY ASSESSMENT: We perform a 43-point safety assessment to identify any risks or hazards in and around the home.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Most of our Amarillo home care clients fund our services through long-term care insurance or the VA Aid and Attendance program if qualified. We can help you with the prequalification process if you are eligible for the VA benefit. Most major medical insurance providers don’t cover in-home care services. In some cases, Medicaid may cover services, but currently, the majority of our offices do not accept Medicaid. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  We have used Caring Senior service to help with my Mom, age 98 for over a year.   She lives with us, and needs assistance with various tasks, personal care, shopping and errands.   CSS has been a lifesaver.  They do not changed caregivers from one time to the next.  Mom has always had the same caregiver on a regular schedule and she has become a good family friend.    If extra help is needed, though, CSS will provide whatever we need.  Because of CSS, Mom has been able to live independently and we have been able to travel, work and live normal lives without worry.  Administrative staff is friendly and accommodating.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caring Senior Services Company's office, and let me just say, Bailey, and Nicole was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and were so eager to help.

Bailey was incredibly friendly and helpful. She checked me in quickly, gave me all the information I needed, and even offered me a Water and a snack while I waited. Her professionalism and attentiveness really made me feel welcome.

I interacted with several members of the office staff throughout my visit, and they were all so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were always there to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

One thing that really impressed me was how well the office staff communicated with each other. They worked together as a team, supporting and collaborating to provide the best service possible. You could tell they genuinely cared about their work and making their clients happy.

Not only was the staff amazing, but the office itself was also well-kept and organized. It was clear that they took pride in their workspace, which added to the overall positive experience.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Bailey and Nicole at caring senior services Company. They are professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent service. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing their services.
