What do your services include?

Our caregivers assist clients with a range of tasks, promoting their independence.

PERSONAL CARE: We make daily self-care tasks like dressing, bathing, mobility, toileting, and exercise easy and stress-free.
COMPANIONSHIP: Companionship can lift anyone’s spirits. We love to spend quality time with our seniors, sharing stories, playing games, and visiting.
RESPITE CARE: If you’re a family caregiver in need of a break, let us help. We’ll take great care of your loved one while you’re away.
TRANSPORTATION: It’s important for seniors to feel free and independent, and our around-town transportation services make that possible.
FAMILY PORTAL: Through our Family Portal, you can enjoy easy communication and care scheduling. This is accessed via your provided tablet.
MEAL PREPARATION: Your loved one will enjoy fresh meals prepared at home by our caregivers. Dietary restrictions and picky eaters are no problem!
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Because taking medications at the right time and the proper dosage is so important, we assist our seniors with helpful reminders.
ERRAND SERVICE: We can make your loved one’s life a little easier by handling their routine errands to the post office, pharmacy, and more.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: Keeping the home tidy is one way we can make it safer for your loved one. We’ll help with laundry, dishes, and other light tasks.

How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Major medical insurance providers do not cover our services. Most of our clients access our Tucson home care assistance through long-term care insurance or the VA’s Aid and Attendance program. For those who are potentially eligible for this benefit, we can assist with the prequalification process. Other options like Medicaid may cover some services from out Tucson senior caregiver agency, but this is accepted at only select locations. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  Since January 2026, Caring Senior Services has provided sincere and respectful assistance to my 91-year old mother. Six days per week, the caregivers execute the necessary tasks to get Mom through the day and to prepare her for the evening. Mom appreciates their attention and supportive ways.
Their aid helps me also. Knowing my mom is in good hands allows me the time to handle other important necessities. The management team is easy to communicate with and is focused on good customer service. We recommend Caring Senior Services to any family needing aid for a loved one.

  I have been using Caring Senior Service for 2.5 years after my Mom suffered a hemorrhagic stroke in early 2024.  They have been accommodating to my Mom's needs and to our schedule.   In the two and a half years of using them, we have primarily had three caregivers.  The consistency of a caregiver is very important to my Mom's overall health and mental well-being.

I am appreciative to Christy and Jackie in the office for always accommodating our needs.  One morning when the scheduled caregiver had a flat tire, and I had a scheduled medical procedure, Jackie left the office to be with my Mom so I could make it to the hospital on time until the caregiver was able to get her tire fixed.   I truly appreciate that effort and level of commitment to their clients.

My experience has been rock solid from management on down and will continue to use and recommend them going forward. I can't say enough good things about the company, the caregivers they employ and Christy & Jackie.

  I’ve had the privilege of working with Caring Seniors for one of my patient’s who just wanted to live in his own home independently after being discharged from a rehab.
Caring Seniors not only sent a wonderful caring sweet caregiver named Laura who takes such great care of him but they literally helped me customize a care plan to successfully and safely help keep this patient at home!
Sabrina, the Director of Caring Seniors is the most supportive person Ive ever had the privilege to meet! My patient is thriving and he is so happy!   We have had the privilege of partnering with Caring Senior Services on multiple patients, and they have gone above and beyond every time!
Private duty care companies are not regulated and have very little oversight by the state, meaning they can essentially do whatever they want with their caregivers and documentation.

Caring Seniors goes 10 extra miles to make sure their staff are fully vetted and capable of handling situations in the home and in communities. They do extensive nation-wide backgrounds checks instead of the standard state-level background checks. They also provide extensive training to caregivers and follow up with the clients to ensure quality is provided.
