How much does the service cost?

We charge an hourly, flat rate no matter what services are required. We work with you and your loved one to conduct a full assessment to determine the hours required in properly assisting your loved one.

Does insurance cover the cost of your services?

Major medical insurance providers do not cover our services. Most of our clients access our Tucson home care assistance through long-term care insurance or the VA’s Aid and Attendance program. For those who are potentially eligible for this benefit, we can assist with the prequalification process. Other options like Medicaid may cover some services from out Tucson senior caregiver agency, but this is accepted at only select locations. Medicare’s GUIDE Model may offer resources for individuals with dementia and their family caregivers. Ask us for details.

  I’ve had the privilege of working with Caring Seniors for one of my patient’s who just wanted to live in his own home independently after being discharged from a rehab. Caring Seniors not only sent a wonderful caring sweet caregiver named Laura who takes such great care of him but they literally helped me customize a care plan to successfully and safely help keep this patient at home! Sabrina, the Director of Caring Seniors is the most supportive person Ive ever had the privilege to meet! My patient is thriving and he is so happy! I’ve already sent them another patient they are seeing and I plan to keep referring all of my patients in need of caregiving services! They truly are THE BEST in Tucson hands down!

  We have had the privilege of partnering with Caring Senior Services on multiple patients, and they have gone above and beyond every time! Private duty care companies are not regulated and have very little oversight by the state, meaning they can essentially do whatever they want with their caregivers and documentation. Caring Seniors goes 10 extra miles to make sure their staff are fully vetted and capable of handling situations in the home and in communities. They do extensive nation-wide backgrounds checks instead of the standard state-level background checks. They also provide extensive training to caregivers and follow up with the clients to ensure quality is provided. We love working with Community Partner that have integrity and ethics 💜

  Caregivers are helpful, intuitive, and flexible. Administration is responsive, maintains good communication, and goes out of their way to assess needs, put together an appropriate plan, and check in often to make sure things are going well.

  My 96 yr old mom has been with Caring Senior Services of Tucson for 4 years.  The caregivers, Anasthasia & Mandie, are great & very caring.  They come each morning for 3 hrs. During the week they provide services such as bathing, hair washing & style, personal care as needed, laundry, changing of support hose, cooking & meal preparation, and grocery shopping. The office staff, Christie & Jackie, are wonderful and very caring. They are very supportive and always take the time to answer any questions family members may have. Caring Senior Services of Tucson allows my Mom to remain in her home & in familiar surroundings, while still getting the care she needs.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for your loved one.
