Our Owners
Meet Alva and McGregor Robertson, the proud owners of Caring Senior Service in Chandler. Alva has a background in the dental and health industries and has long been inspired by the stories of seniors in her community who face challenges living independently. McGregor, an aerospace engineer, witnessed firsthand the value of aging in place, having seen three of his grandparents thrive at home with the right care.
As parents of two young boys, the Robertsons are focused on creating a family legacy while helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity. Their goal is to provide reliable, high-quality care that simplifies life for seniors and their families, making their community a better place for all. Under their leadership, Caring Senior Service, delivers GreatCare to support seniors and help them thrive at home.
Our Team
Your Caring Team consists of quality caregivers, care managers, and an agency director. Caregivers are the backbone of Caring Senior Service. We only hire caregivers that display a true passion for serving others and who also have experience working with seniors. Our caregivers report to a Care manager whose job is to ensure that each client has the best caregiver based on skill, experience, and personality. Our care managers also make regular visits to a client’s home to make sure that care plans remain up to date and that everyone is happy with care. Finally, the agency director ensures that each client receives GreatCare®. They manage the team to make sure clients get the best service day or night. The agency director has the important responsibility of making sure that the statement “We provide GreatCare®” is not just what we say, it’s what we do.
