Earlier this year my family experienced a medical situation late on a Friday evening.  We needed to find a care giving service that both could, and would, provide caregivers trained in using a feeding tube, for both nutrition and medication, along with more traditional needs for in home care.  Thank goodness we made the right call to Caring Senior Service.  Jane Daume remained in constant contact with my family that Saturday, and by late Saturday afternoon, she along with several members of her wonderful care giving staff were in my parents' home, working together to meet the needs of our loved one and training additional caregivers to cover the 24 hour care we needed.  Caring Senior Service literally saved us that weekend, and has continued for the past four months to provide excellent care for our parents allowing them to remain independent and living in their own home.  Our family has worked hard to honor the wishes of our parents, and Caring Senior Service has been right there beside us, working with us during normal daily living, as well as working with us during hospital stays.  My family is extremely grateful for Jane and Richard Daume, and the wonderful care managers and caregivers of Caring Senior Service, who continue to provide in home care for our parents.  I hope anyone looking for in home care would call Jane, and allow her and her wonderful staff the opportunity to provide care and allow your family member to remain in the comfort of their own home.

My mother, who was very discerning, was so lucky to find this company.  She had used several others over the past few years and this one was by far her favorite!  From the moment she met with Jane in the hospital, she knew she was in excellent hands and that she would be taken care of.  This was the first company, she felt, that really talked to her and took her needs and wants into consideration.  Her caretakers were all so caring, attentive and helpful -- not to mention trained and professional. She also felt secure and able to continue living independently in her own home.  The few concerns she had were quickly and professionally handled.  Living out of town, it was such a comfort knowing that our mother was well taken care of.  None of us ever worried and that was such a blessing.  Jane and her staff went above and beyond in the care of our mother.  I cannot recommend them enough!!

We have been using Caring Senior Service of Scottsdale for over 5 years for our father.  The caregivers have been fabulous, and we consider them part of our family.  They are caring, respectful of our father's wishes, and always inform us of anything that might need our input. Anytime we need anything extra, Care Senior has always exceeded our expectations! We have been very pleased with the care givers and staff at Caring Senior Service.  My grandma fell in January and for the past few months has required quite a bit of help and she has been very well taken care of.  The staff is very helpful and accommodating (even when my grandma wasn't being) they always made sure she had the help she needed and were willing to work with her on a schedule that best fit her needs. Caring Senior Service is a wonderful organization that assists seniors who have medical handicaps.  They are run by some very caring and competent owners.  They recently assisted a close friend of mine who suffered a stroke and would not have otherwise been permitted to return home without assistance.  He lives by himself and required considerable home care as he recuperated.  The caregivers were quite considerate and attentive to his many needs.  He began to look toward his caregivers as "friends".  With the assistance of Caring Senior Services of Maricopa County, he rapidly progressed and now lives once again by himself and has full function.  He is 79 years of age and has a full and productive life.  He is now independent and very grateful for the care that he received. Caring Senior Service has served my parents well as they lived independently into their later years. The first caregiver came after my 96 year-old mother broke her leg and was leaving rehab. My mother recovered well in her own home with the extra help. Living out of state, I was pleased to have the support of Caring Senior Service and its organization. With a phone call, they were able to increase the hours of care as needed, manage the doctor appointments, and handle the medicines. Caring Senior Service helped my mother live to age 99 with a good quality of life. My father is now 100, walks with a walker, and has 24/7 care, which includes accompanying him to karaoke where he sings, to fitness with his personal trainer, to church, to social events, and to Rotary. He loves the companionship from his girls which has definitely enhanced and extended his life!
