Caring Careers
Caregiver
Our caregivers are reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals. Their objective is to maintain the independence of seniors and help them remain healthy, happy, and at home. Caregivers work one-on-one with a senior in their home. They help with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and running errands.

- One-on-one care: As a Caring caregiver, you will provide one-on-one home care, allowing you to build relationships with those they serve. We match our caregivers and clients using a personality and skills assessment. Our advanced scheduling helps us find clients who match your availability and are located close to your home.
- Paid training: We offer ongoing training opportunities online and in group settings. Increase your knowledge of certain diagnoses and conditions and become certified in our training courses all while getting paid.

Care Manager
Our Care Managers are our team leaders. They are good communicators who enable our caregivers to deliver GreatCare. Their objectives include recruiting new caregivers, training caregivers, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the delivery of care.
